A Doc at Your Door is a fee for service practice. This enables us to provide a higher quality of care to our patients. Fees for the services provided are payable in full at the time patients are seen by the doctor by way of PayPal, cash or credit cards.

Fees vary based on complexity of visit, time required and patient location. An estimate will be given during the initial phone consultation.

A Doc at Your Door provides its patients with a detailed, itemized, and properly coded receipt that enables patients to seek reimbursement from their insurance carriers.

Dr. Castner is an out-of-network provider and payment is expected at the time of service.  A detailed, itemized, and properly coded receipt that enables patients to seek reimbursement from their insurance carriers will be provided.
